TEXTILE PRINTING WITH THE OYO GMAX-18

ADI INTERNATIONAL, founded in 1996 in the Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai, has established itself as the leading exporter of decorated apparel from the UAE. Their global network allows ADI to source fabric from the most qualified suppliers around the world...  including Pakistan, Taiwan, Germany, China, and the UAE. 

ADI produces Sweat Shirts, Polo Shirts and T Shirts worldwide to some of the biggest names in branded promotional leisurewear. 

ADI has installed some of the most advanced apparel producing equipment available. Automated machinery has been imported from Japan, the USA, and Taiwan. This has given ADI the capacity to Screenprint up to 10 colors, on two fully automatic presses giving them a capacity of 1,000 garment per hour. 

In early 2003  ADI purchased an OYO Liberator GMAX 18" wide Imagesetter to further compliment it's Screenprinting capabilities and bring the film making capability in- house. After initially looking at the OYO TECHStyler, itself a popular choice amongst T-Shirt Screenprinters, they elected for the wider format GMAX-18 which was a direct match for their 18" wide screen sizes. By producing all their film production work in house under the control of the Art Department's fully trained Designers and using the latest Pre-Press software applications such as Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop, Freehand and CorelDraw, ADI have been able to substantially reduced film production costs and improve origination times.

Output from ADI's OYO Imagesetter can be seen around the world on T-Shirts and other clothing products, with Hard Rock Cafe and Planet Hollywood amongst their high profile client base.
